Central Grizzlies (Fresno, CA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Lemoore Tigers (Lemoore, CA), 44-40 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Central upgrades its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Grizzlies travel to Sanger (Sanger, CA) to play the Apaches in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 13. The Apaches come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Sanger won 47-35 in their recent non-league bout against Central (Fresno, CA)

Next up, the Tigers play the Clovis West Golden Eagles (Fresno, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 15. Lemoore will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
