Atlantic Christian Cougars (Egg Harbor Township, NJ) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Delaware County Christian Knights (Newtown Square, PA), 37-31 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Atlantic Christian improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Veritas Christian Academy (Sparta, NJ) to confront the in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 15. The come into the challenge with a record of 3-0.

Next up, the Knights confront the Bristol Warriors (Bristol, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 12. Delaware County Christian will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record.
