With the win, Balmorhea upgrades its record to 5-7 on the season. The Bears travel to Midland Texas Leadership Charter Academy (Midland, TX) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Midland Texas Leadership Charter Academy lost 48-23 in their recent non-league bout against San Angelo HomeSchool (San Angelo, TX)

Next up, the Braves play the Buena Vista Longhorns (Imperial, TX) in a 1A Region II District 10 game, on Tuesday, December 12. Iraan will attempt to move on its 0-11 season record. The Longhorns enter the game with a 0-7 record after their 33-32 non-league loss to Reagan County (Big Lake, TX).
