Colorado Wolves (Colorado City, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Stanton Buffaloes (Stanton, TX), 51-48 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Colorado upgrades its record to 7-7 on the season. The Wolves host Westbrook (Westbrook, TX) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Monday, December 11. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 9-6. Westbrook lost 41-23 in their recent non-league bout against Robert Lee (Robert Lee, TX)

Next up, the Buffaloes clash with the Kermit Yellow Jackets (Kermit, TX) in a 3A Region I District 4 bout, on Tuesday, December 19. Stanton will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record.
