Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Elmwood Trojans (Elmwood, IL) and the host Farmington Farmers (Farmington, IL), saw Elmwood's basketball squad wallop Farmington by a count of 56-34.

With the victory, Elmwood upgrades its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Seymour (Payson, IL) to play the Indians in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 2-13. Seymour lost 60-31 in their recent non-league challenge against Brown County (Mt. Sterling, IL)

Next up, the Farmers play the Havana Ducks (Havana, IL) in a Prairieland challenge, on Monday, December 18. Farmington will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record.
