With the victory, Veterans improves its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Warhawks travel to Northside (Warner Robins, GA) to play the Eagles in a AAAAAA Region 1 challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 1-4. Northside won 50-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Perry (Perry, GA)

Next up, the Bears play the Telfair County Trojans (McRae, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 15. Houston County will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record.
