Georgia High School Basketball - Jasper County topped by Jackson

The Jackson Red Devils basketball team scored 38 points and restricted the visiting Jasper County Hurricanes to 24 in the Red Devils non-league victory on Saturday.

The Red Devils now sport a 1-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ola for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 12. Jackson will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 62-22 league loss to Dutchtown (Hampton, GA). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-5.

The Hurricanes (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Warren County (Warrenton, GA). The Screaming Devils come into the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Warren County prevailed over Hancock Central (Sparta, GA), 70-17, in a non-league contest.
