Toombs County Bulldogs (Lyons, GA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Jeff Davis Yellowjackets (Hazlehurst, GA), 63-18 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Toombs County upgrades its record to 3-4 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Vidalia (Vidalia, GA) to play the Indians in a AA Region 3 bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 3-2. Vidalia won 48-32 in their recent non-league bout against Emanuel County Institute (Twin City, GA)

Next up, the Yellowjackets play the Treutlen Vikings (Soperton, GA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 16. Jeff Davis will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record.
