The West Potomac Wolverines basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the visiting South County Stallions to 13 in the Wolverines non-league victory on Saturday.

The Wolverines now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Springfield for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 12. West Potomac will battle a Spartans team coming off a 47-11 non-league win over Justice (Falls Church, VA). The Spartans record now stands at 2-1.

The Stallions (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Braddock (Burke, VA). The Bruins come into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Lake Braddock triumphed over Edison (Alexandria, VA), 40-19, in a non-league contest.
