Jackson Aggies (Jackson, AL) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Clarke County Bulldogs (Grove Hill, AL), 35-30 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Jackson upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Aggies host Citronelle (Citronelle, AL) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Monday, December 11. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Thomasville Tigers (Thomasville, AL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Clarke County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
