In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Banks Academy Jets basketball team scored a big 80-9 win over the North River Christian Chargers.
The Jets (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Coosa Valley Academy (Harpersville, AL). The Rebels come into the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Coosa Valley Academy was trounced by East Central HomeSchool (Pinson, AL), 71-32, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Chargers battle the Tuscaloosa Home Educators Warriors (Northport, AL) in a non-league contest, on Monday, December 16. North River Christian will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record.
