In Monday's league contest, the visiting Berks Catholic Saints basketball team scored a close 54-49 triumph over the Wilson Bulldogs.
The Saints (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Governor Mifflin (Shillington, PA). The Mustangs go into the Berks County 1 contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Governor Mifflin nipped Muhlenberg (Laureldale, PA), 77-73, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Twin Valley Raiders (Elverson, PA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, December 11. Wilson will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Raiders go into the contest with a 1-0 record after their 56-41 non-league win over Northern Lebanon (Fredericksburg, PA).
