In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Van Buren Bulldogs basketball team scored a close 63-59 triumph over the Eminence Redwings.
The Bulldogs (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Harrisburg (Harrisburg, MO). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Harrisburg nipped Westran (Huntsville, MO), 78-64, in a non-league contest.
