The New West Charter Eagles basketball team scored 64 points and limited the host Horace Mann UCLA Community Panthers to 55 in the Eagles league victory on Monday.

With the victory, New West Charter upgrades its record to 3-0 on the year. The Eagles travel to Animo Venice (Los Angeles, CA) to face the Pirates in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 10. The Pirates enter the match with a record of 3-6. Animo Venice won 72-43 in their recent non-league match against University Prep Value (Los Angeles, CA)

The Panthers now sport a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Animo South Los Angeles for a Crosstown match on Wednesday, December 11. Horace Mann UCLA Community will face a Panthers squad coming off a 49-41 league loss to New West Charter (Los Angeles, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 1-2.
