The Southside Sharks basketball team scored 58 points and limited the visiting Lafayette Christian Academy Knights to 43 in the Sharks non-league triumph on Monday.
The Sharks now have a 3-6 record. They play next when they host David Thibodaux for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7.
With the loss, Lafayette Christian Academy falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Scotlandville (Baton Rouge, LA) to confront the Hornets in a non-league game on Thursday, December 12. The Hornets go into the game with a record of 1-2. Scotlandville won 60-42 in their recent non-league game against Live Oak (Watson, LA)
