In Monday's non-league contest, the host Liberty Classical Academy basketball team scored a close 67-64 triumph over the Spectrum Sting.

The (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Washington Tech (St. Paul, MN). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Washington Tech was tipped by St. Croix Prep (Stillwater, MN), 79-62, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Sting battle the Legacy Christian Academy Lions (Andover, MN) in a AA Section 6 contest, on Tuesday, December 10. Spectrum will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Lions go into the contest with a 2-0 record after their 78-77 league win over Sauk Centre (Sauk Centre, MN).
