In Monday's league contest, the visiting St. Mary's Hawks basketball team scored a big 73-26 triumph over the West Sioux Falcons.
The Hawks (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against South O'Brien (Paullina, IA). The Wolverines go into the War Eagle contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, South O'Brien was trounced by Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn/Remsen-Union (Marcus, IA), 74-64, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Falcons battle the Trinity Christian Tigers (Hull, IA) in a War Eagle contest, on Friday, December 13. West Sioux will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Tigers go into the contest with a 2-1 record after their 62-37 non-league win over George-Little Rock (George, IA).
