Virginia High School Basketball - Temple Christian sneaks past Timberlake Christian

The Temple Christian Crusaders (Madison Heights, VA) basketball edged the host Timberlake Christian Tornadoes (Forest, VA), 46-39 in Monday's league bout.

The Crusaders now possess a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Regents for a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 10. Temple Christian will play a Lions team coming off a 47-18 non-league win over Blue Ridge Christian (Bridgewater, VA). The Lions record now stands at 3-0.

With the loss, Timberlake Christian falls to 4-2 on the campaign. The Tornadoes host Southwest Virginia Academy (Roanoke, VA) to play the Conquerors in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 17. The Conquerors go into the bout with a record of 6-3.
