Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Altoona knocks off Hollidaysburg

In Monday's non-league contest, the host Altoona Mountain Lions basketball team scored a good 54-38 win over the Hollidaysburg Golden Tigers.
The Mountain Lions (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against State College (State College, PA). The Little Lions come into the Mid-Penn - Commonwealth contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, State College defeated Greater Johnstown (Johnstown, PA), 51-41, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Golden Tigers battle the Bald Eagle Area Eagles (Wingate, PA) in a Laurel Highlands contest, on Friday, December 13. Hollidaysburg will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 0-2 record after their 39-19 league loss to Bedford (Bedford, PA).
