The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Auburn Trojans (Auburn, WA) and the host Mt. Rainier Rams (Des Moines, WA), observed Auburn's basketball team overwhelm Mt. Rainier by a margin of 64-26.

The Trojans (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Kennedy Catholic (Burien, WA). The Lancers come into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Kennedy Catholic trounced Kentridge (Kent, WA), 40-22, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Rams battle the Tahoma Bears (Maple Valley, WA) in a 3A/4A North Puget Sound - Olympic challenge, on Thursday, December 12. Mt. Rainier will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 56-34 league win over Kentwood (Covington, WA).
