Virginia High School Basketball - Brentsville District knocks off Culpeper County

December 9, 2024: Nokesville, VA 20181

The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Brentsville District Tigers (Nokesville, VA) and the visiting Culpeper County Blue Devils (Culpeper, VA), observed Brentsville District's basketball team overcome Culpeper County by a score of 61-51.

The Tigers (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Manassas Park (Manassas Park, VA). The Cougars come into the Northwestern challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Manassas Park dropped by Stafford (Falmouth, VA), 68-11, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Blue Devils battle the William Monroe Dragons (Stanardsville, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 10. Culpeper County will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Dragons come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 39-22 non-league win over Madison County (Madison, VA).
