The Buffalo Island Central Mustangs basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host Piggott Mohawks to 48 in the Mustangs league triumph on Monday.

The Mustangs now have a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to Westside for a non-league game on Saturday, December 14.

With the loss, Piggott falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Mohawks travel to Bay (Bay, AR) to confront the Yellowjackets in a 2A Region 3 game on Thursday, December 12.
