The Northern Valley Huskies basketball squad (Almena, KS), was crushed 71-17 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Hodgeman County Longhorns (Jetmore, KS)

With the victory, Hodgeman County advances its record to 2-0 on the year. The Longhorns travel to Osborne (Osborne, KS) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Thursday, December 12.
