The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Horseshoe Bend Generals (New Site, AL) and the host Woodland Bobcats (Woodland, AL), observed Horseshoe Bend's basketball team knock off Woodland by a score of 44-29.

The Generals (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Dadeville (Dadeville, AL). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 0-6 record. In their last challenge, Dadeville was knocked off by Elmore County (Eclectic, AL), 36-18, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Bobcats encounter the Cleburne County Tigers (Heflin, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 10. Woodland will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 52-39 non-league loss to Randolph County (Wedowee, AL).
