In Monday's league contest, the visiting Southern Huntingdon County Rockets basketball team scored a big 68-21 triumph over the Northern Bedford County Panthers.

The Rockets (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Claysburg-Kimmel (Claysburg, PA). The Bulldogs go into the Inter County - East contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Claysburg-Kimmel smashed Mount Union (Mount Union, PA), 41-28, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Panthers confront the McConnellsburg Spartans (McConnellsburg, PA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, December 11. Northern Bedford County will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Spartans go into the contest with a 0-2 record after their 43-39 non-league loss to Tussey Mountain (Saxton, PA).
