The Huntingtown Hurricanes basketball team scored 53 points and limited the host Northern Patriots to 13 in the Hurricanes non-league triumph on Monday.
The Hurricanes now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Calvert for a non-league game on Friday, December 13.
With the loss, Northern falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Patriots host Winters Mill (Westminster, MD) to confront the Falcons in a non-league game on Monday, December 16. The Falcons go into the game with a record of 0-0.
