The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Veritas Christian Academy Warriors (Arden, NC) and the host Temple Baptist Eagles (Asheville, NC), observed Veritas Christian Academy's basketball team knock off Temple Baptist by a score of 32-19.

The Warriors (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Lake Lure Classical Academy (Lake Lure, NC). The Raptors come into the challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Lake Lure Classical Academy was knocked off by Veritas Christian Academy (Arden, NC), 34-14, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles encounter the Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy Eagles (Asheville, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 16. Temple Baptist will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record.
