The West Iredell Warriors basketball team scored 58 points and limited the visiting Elkin Buckin' Elks to 50 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Monday.

The Warriors now have a 4-2 record. They play next when they host Wilkes Central for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10. West Iredell will confront a Eagles team coming off a 60-49 non-league win over Bandys (Catawba, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 4-2.

With the loss, Elkin falls to 3-6 on the campaign. The Buckin' elks host North Stokes (Danbury, NC) to battle the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 13. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 3-3. North Stokes lost 60-40 in their recent non-league challenge against West Stokes (King, NC)
