The Turner Ashby Knights basketball team scored 37 points and limited the host Waynesboro Little Giants to 33 in the Knights non-league triumph on Monday.

The Knights now have a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Millbrook for a non-league game on Wednesday, December 11. Turner Ashby will confront a Pioneers team coming off a 56-52 non-league loss to Skyline (Front Royal, VA). The Pioneers record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Waynesboro falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Little giants travel to Rockbridge County (Lexington, VA) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league game on Wednesday, December 11. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 0-2. Rockbridge County lost 41-38 in their recent non-league game against East Rockingham (Elkton, VA)
