Texas High School Basketball - Cranfills Gap trounced by Meridian

The Cranfills Gap Lions basketball squad (Cranfills Gap, TX), was crushed 65-33 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Meridian Yellowjackets (Meridian, TX)

With the victory, Meridian advances its record to 3-6 on the year. The Yellowjackets travel to Newman International Academy (Cedar Hill, TX) to battle the Warriors in a non-league contest on Thursday, December 11. The Warriors come into the contest with a record of 15-3. Newman International Academy won 69-56 in their recent non-league contest against Sunset (Dallas, TX)

In their next game, the Lions battle the Gustine Tigers (Gustine, TX) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 16. Cranfills Gap will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Tigers come into the contest with a 7-2 record after their 42-34 non-league loss to Blum (Blum, TX).
