In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Pineywoods Community Academy Timberwolves basketball squad scored a decisive 71-34 victory over the Woden Eagles.
The Timberwolves (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against Garrison (Garrison, TX). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Garrison was trounced by Prosper Prep (Marshall, TX), 61-49, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Frankston Indians (Frankston, TX) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 11. Woden will attempt to better on its 5-7 season record. The Indians go into the contest with a 6-2 record after their 70-53 non-league win over Grapeland (Grapeland, TX).
