The Algonac Muskrats basketball team scored 50 points and limited the visiting Austin Catholic Crusaders to 22 in the Muskrats non-league win on Tuesday.
Next, the Muskrats clash with the North Branch Broncos (North Branch, MI) in a Blue Water Area outing, on Thursday, December 11. Algonac will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record.
The Crusaders (0-1) will now prepare for their outing against Parkway Christian (Sterling Heights, MI). The Eagles come into the non-league outing with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, Parkway Christian routed Our Lady of the Lakes (Waterford, MI), 41-39, in a non-league outing.
