The Haverford Fords basketball team scored 50 points and limited the visiting Upper Darby Royals to 29 in the Fords league triumph on Tuesday.

The Fords now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Ridley for a Central game on Thursday, December 11. Haverford will clash with a Raiders squad coming off a 53-47 league loss to Conestoga (Berwyn, PA). The Raiders record now stands at 1-1.

The Royals (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Garnet Valley (Glen Mills, PA). The Jaguars come into the Central outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, Garnet Valley routed Lower Merion (Ardmore, PA), 50-45, in a league outing.
