In Tuesday's league bout, the Mundelein Mustangs (Mundelein, IL) basketball team crushed the visiting Zion-Benton Zee-Bees (Zion, IL), by a tally of 59-16.

The Mustangs now possess a 9-0 record. They play next when they travel to Stevenson for a North Suburban bout on Friday, December 12. Mundelein will play a Patriots team coming off a 44-21 league loss to Libertyville (Libertyville, IL). The Patriots record now stands at 2-6.

With the loss, Zion-Benton falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Zee-bees travel to Von Steuben (Chicago, IL) to encounter the Panthers in a non-league test on Wednesday, December 10. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 3-1. Von Steuben won 51-1 in their recent league test against Steinmetz College Prep (Chicago, IL)
