The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Waubonsie Valley Warriors (Aurora, IL) and the host Neuqua Valley Wildcats (Naperville, IL), observed Waubonsie Valley's basketball team overwhelm Neuqua Valley by a score of 65-32.
The Warriors (9-0) will now prepare for their challenge against DeKalb (DeKalb, IL). The Barbs come into the DuPage Valley battle with a 4-4 record. In their last battle, DeKalb was crushed by Plainfield South (Plainfield, IL), 57-43, in a non-league battle.
The Wildcats now own a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Metea Valley for a DuPage Valley battle on Thursday, December 11. Neuqua Valley will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 50-45 non-league win over Willowbrook (Villa Park, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-5.
