Arizona High School Basketball - St. Johns toppled by Round Valley

Round Valley Elks (Eagar, AZ) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting St. Johns Redskins (St. Johns, AZ), 52-44 in a league match.

With the victory, Round Valley upgrades its record to 8-0 on the year. The Elks host St. Michael (St. Michaels, AZ) to face the Cardinals in a non-league match on Thursday, December 11. The Cardinals enter the contest with a record of 0-3. St. Michael lost 39-30 in their recent non-league contest against Hopi (Keams Canyon, AZ)

In their next game, the Redskins confront the San Carlos Braves (San Carlos, AZ) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 11. St. Johns will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Braves go into the contest with a 3-0 record after their 62-46 non-league win over Fort Thomas (Fort Thomas, AZ).
