The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Juniata Valley Hornets (Alexandria, PA) and the visiting Glendale Vikings (Flinton, PA), observed Juniata Valley's basketball team overwhelm Glendale by a score of 39-12.

The Hornets (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Williamsburg (Williamsburg, PA). The Blue Pirates come into the battle with a 1-0 record.

The Vikings now own a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Conemaugh Valley for a non-league battle on Friday, December 12.
