Bishop O'Connell Knights (Arlington, VA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host The Heights (Potomac, MD), 109-36 in a league bout.

With the victory, Bishop O'Connell upgrades its record to 12-7 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Gonzaga (Washington, DC) to play the Eagles in a Washington Catholic bout on Friday, February 4. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 12-4. Gonzaga won 77-73 in their recent league bout against Archbishop Carroll (Washington, DC)

Next up, the play the St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC) in a Washington Catholic bout, on Thursday, February 3. The Heights will attempt to upgrade on its 2-10 season record. The Cadets come into the bout with a 10-8 record after their 60-59 league win over Gonzaga (Washington, DC).
