The Brea Olinda Wildcats basketball team scored 65 points and held the host El Modena Vanguards to 62 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 12-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Esperanza for a North Hills contest on Thursday, February 3. Brea Olinda will meet a Aztecs team coming off a 66-56 league win over Yorba Linda (Yorba Linda, CA). The Aztecs record now stands at 9-13.
The Vanguards (14-13) will now prepare for their contest against Yorba Linda (Yorba Linda, CA). The Mustangs enter the North Hills contest with a 12-15 record. In their last contest, Yorba Linda was nudged by Esperanza (Anaheim, CA), 66-56, in a league contest.
