Illinois High School Basketball - Bureau Valley topped by Princeton

The Princeton Tigers basketball team scored 73 points and restricted the visiting Bureau Valley Storm to 61 in the Tigers league victory on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 14-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mendota for a Three Rivers - East contest on Friday, February 4. Princeton will battle a Trojans team coming off a 56-50 league loss to Newman Central Catholic (Sterling, IL). The Trojans record now stands at 5-16.
The Storm (12-13) will now prepare for their contest against Kewanee (Kewanee, IL). The Boilermakers come into the Three Rivers - East contest with a 16-9 record. In their last contest, Kewanee prevailed over St. Bede (Peru, IL), 70-57, in a league contest.
