The Dillon Christian Warriors (Dillon, SC) basketball nipped the visiting Williamsburg Academy Stallions (Kingstree, SC), 45-42 in Tuesday's league test.
The Warriors (5-12) will now prepare for their test against Marlboro Academy (Bennettsville, SC). The go into the SCISA AA Region III test with a 1-10 record. In their last test, Marlboro Academy was tipped by Pee Dee Academy (Mullins, SC), 72-21, in a league test.
The Stallions now own a 6-8 record. They play next when they travel to Christian Academy for a SCISA AA Region III test on Wednesday, February 2. Williamsburg Academy will encounter a Saints squad coming off a 77-0 league win over King's Academy (Florence, SC). The Saints record now stands at 13-2.
