The Maple Grove Red Dragons basketball team (Bemus Point, NY), was overwhelmed 84-48 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Randolph Cardinals (Randolph, NY)
The Cardinals now possess a 14-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Portville for a Section 6 Chautauqua/Cattaraugus Central battle on Friday, February 4. Randolph will confront a Panthers team coming off a 46-42 league win over Cassadaga Valley (Sinclairville, NY). The Panthers record now stands at 6-10.
The Red Dragons (7-6) will now prepare for their battle against Frewsburg (Frewsburg, NY). The Bears come into the Section 6 Chautauqua/Cattaraugus Central battle with a 8-8 record. In their last battle, Frewsburg trounced Silver Creek (Silver Creek, NY), 82-75, in a league battle.
