The Campbell County Cougars basketball team (Jacksboro, TN), was nudged 36-30 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Oak Ridge Wildcats (Oak Ridge, TN)
The Wildcats now possess a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clinton for a non-league battle on Friday, February 4. Oak Ridge will confront a Dragons team coming off a 48-46 non-league win over Fulton (Knoxville, TN). The Dragons record now stands at 14-7.
The Cougars (12-5) will now prepare for their battle against South-Doyle (Knoxville, TN). The Cherokees come into the non-league battle with a 10-11 record. In their last battle, South-Doyle edged First Baptist Academy (Powell, TN), 62-48, in a non-league battle.
