Northeast Guilford Rams (McLeansville, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Dudley Panthers (Greensboro, NC), 35-31 in a league bout.

With the win, Northeast Guilford upgrades its record to 8-8 on the season. The Rams host Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC) to clash with the Cougars in a 3A Conference 46 bout on Thursday, February 3. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 12-3. Rockingham County won 61-12 in their recent league bout against High Point Central (High Point, NC)

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Eastern Guilford Wildcats (Gibsonville, NC) in a 3A Conference 46 bout, on Thursday, February 3. Dudley will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 4-13 record after their 54-37 league loss to Atkins (Winston-Salem, NC).
