Virginia High School Basketball - Tazewell ripped by Marion

The Marion Scarlet Hurricanes basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Tazewell Bulldogs to 35 in the Scarlet Hurricanes league triumph on Tuesday.
The Scarlet Hurricanes now sport a 15-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Richlands for a Southwest contest on Thursday, February 3. Marion will meet a Blue Tornado team coming off a 40-37 league loss to Virginia (Bristol, VA). The Blue Tornado record now stands at 10-6.
The Bulldogs (7-10) will now prepare for their contest against Virginia (Bristol, VA). The Bearcats enter the Southwest contest with a 8-8 record. In their last contest, Virginia triumphed over Richlands (Richlands, VA), 40-37, in a league contest.
