The Richmond Blue Devils basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the visiting Algonac Muskrats to 52 in the Blue Devils league victory on Wednesday.

The Blue Devils now sport a 12-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Imlay City for a Blue Water Area contest on Friday, February 3. Richmond will battle a Spartans team coming off a 63-53 league win over Almont (Almont, MI). The Spartans record now stands at 7-6.

The Muskrats (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against North Branch (North Branch, MI). The Broncos come into the Blue Water Area contest with a 4-9 record. In their last contest, North Branch prevailed over Clio (Clio, MI), 62-48, in a non-league contest.
