Atascadero Greyhounds (Atascadero, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Cabrillo Conquistadores (Lompoc, CA), 59-52 in a league bout.

With the win, Atascadero upgrades its record to 12-14 on the season. The Greyhounds travel to Lompoc (Lompoc, CA) to play the Braves in a Mountain bout on Friday, February 3. The Braves go into the bout with a record of 11-11. Lompoc lost 92-47 in their recent league bout against St. Joseph (Santa Maria, CA)

Next up, the Conquistadores play the Arroyo Grande Eagles (Arroyo Grande, CA) in a Mountain bout, on Friday, February 3. Cabrillo will attempt to upgrade on its 2-19 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 17-7 record after their 88-38 league win over Pioneer Valley (Santa Maria, CA).
