The Wheeling Park Patriots (Wheeling, WV) basketball crushed the visiting Brooke Bruins (Wellsburg, WV), 84-52 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Patriots (11-4) will now prepare for their test against Morgantown (Morgantown, WV). The Mohigans go into the Two Rivers test with a 15-1 record. In their last test, Morgantown walloped John Marshall (Glen Dale, WV), 89-46, in a non-league test.
The Bruins now own a 7-8 record. They play next when they travel to Weir for a non-league test on Friday, February 3. Brooke will encounter a Red Riders squad coming off a 53-34 non-league win over Indian Creek (Wintersville, OH). The Red Riders record now stands at 11-6.
