North Carolina High School Basketball - Red Springs trounces Clinton

February 1, 2023: Red Springs, NC 28377

The Red Springs Red Devils (Red Springs, NC) basketball crushed the visiting Clinton Dark Horses (Clinton, NC), 78-45 in Wednesday's league test.

The Red Devils (15-6) will now prepare for their test against West Bladen (Bladenboro, NC). The Knights go into the 2A Conference 7 test with a 15-6 record. In their last test, West Bladen walloped Fairmont (Fairmont, NC), 44-39, in a league test.

The Dark Horses now own a 3-16 record. They play next when they travel to St. Pauls for a 2A Conference 7 test on Friday, February 3. Clinton will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 54-37 league win over Midway (Dunn, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-10.
