In Wednesday's league outing, the Essex Tech Hawks (Hathorne, MA) basketball squad beat the visiting Minuteman Regional Minuteman (Lexington, MA), by a margin of 63-51.

The Hawks (8-5) will now prepare for their outing against Fellowship Christian Academy (Methuen, MA). The go into the Commonwealth - Lower outing with a 0-9 record. In their last outing, Fellowship Christian Academy was beaten by Mystic Valley Regional (Malden, MA), 93-65, in a league outing.

The Minuteman now own a 4-12 record. They play next when they host Shawsheen Valley Tech for a non-league bout on Friday, February 3. Minuteman Regional will play a Rams squad coming off a 70-55 league win over Greater Lawrence Tech (Andover, MA). The Rams record now stands at 7-6.
